We are seeking a an accountant with prior experience in medical center to join to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities :

- To facilitate smooth interaction between the team members and nursing administration

Maintain comprehensive employee list up to date with all necessary information

- Keep track on the leave details of staffs and report.

- Ensure timely collection and maintenance of the staff's duty roster

- Ensure appointment order of employees is collected from HR department and is duly signed by them and returned to personal file

- Ensure creation of employee ID and E mail ID for newly joined medical staffs .

- Maintain the inventory of Nursing Office / items used in clinic

- To carryout data collection/support in data collection

- Managing Patient Records.Keeping all of this information organized and up to date.
