About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in the logistics and manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting and financial activities, including cost tracking, logistics coordination, and daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
  • Coordinate with logistics and production teams for cost allocation and stock movement.
  • Maintain records of inventory, dispatches, and material flow between departments.
  • Support management with financial analysis and monthly reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other financial regulations.
  • Liaise with auditors and external financial institutions as required.
  • Use and manage accounting software (Tally )

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of UAE accounting experience in logistics and manufacturing industry .
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT and financial regulations.
  • Good communication (English, Malayalam and Hindi) and organisational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • UAE: 3 years (Required)
  • Logistic : 3 years (Required)
  • Manufacturing Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
