We are seeking a skilled Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in Zoho Books to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic and have a strong interest in real estate and property management operations.
This role focuses primarily on accounting responsibilities using Zoho Books while supporting real estate-related financial activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting (Zoho Books Focused)
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Zoho Books.
- Record all financial transactions accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company accounts.
- Issue invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor expenses and ensure proper financial documentation.
- Assist in VAT preparation and compliance (if applicable).
Real Estate Financial Support
- Manage rental income records and tenant payment tracking.
- Support lease-related financial documentation.
- Assist in monitoring property-related income and expenses.
- Coordinate with management regarding financial performance of properties.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Mandatory experience in Zoho Books.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Interest in real estate and property management sector.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and professional attitude.
