Accountant (Zoho Books) & Administrator (Real Estate & Property Management – Dubai)

We are seeking a skilled Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in Zoho Books to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic and have a strong interest in real estate and property management operations.

This role focuses primarily on accounting responsibilities using Zoho Books while supporting real estate-related financial activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting (Zoho Books Focused)

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Zoho Books.
  • Record all financial transactions accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company accounts.
  • Issue invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure proper financial documentation.
  • Assist in VAT preparation and compliance (if applicable).

Real Estate Financial Support

  • Manage rental income records and tenant payment tracking.
  • Support lease-related financial documentation.
  • Assist in monitoring property-related income and expenses.
  • Coordinate with management regarding financial performance of properties.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Mandatory experience in Zoho Books.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Interest in real estate and property management sector.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
