Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Zoho Books to manage financial operations and reporting. The ideal candidate will use Zoho Books to ensure accurate bookkeeping, accounting compliance, and smooth financial workflows across the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records using Zoho Books.
  • Record and reconcile accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and support period-end close processes.

2. Zoho Books Management & Reporting

  • Create, issue, track, and follow up on invoices using Zoho Books.
  • Generate financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow) and dashboards.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, ledgers, and fixed assets in Zoho Books.

3. Compliance & Tax

  • Prepare VAT returns and assist with filings in accordance with local tax regulations
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Proven experience with Zoho Books (minimum 2+ years).
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices.
