1. Accountant / Admin – Experience in Interior & Fit-Out
Job Description / Responsibilities
We are seeking a qualified Accountant / Admin with strong experience in the Interior & Fit-Out industry. The ideal candidate will manage company accounts, ensure compliance with UAE taxation requirements, and support daily administrative and project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all day-to-day company and project accounts, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Prepare and file VAT and Corporate Tax returns in compliance with FTA regulations.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, project coordination activities, and other company-related operations.
- Maintain all company records, track document expiry dates, and process timely renewals.
- Prepare LPOs, invoices, project documentation, and follow-ups as needed.
- Generate financial summaries, cost reports, and assist management with decision-making support.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification (any one):
- ACCA, CMA, CA, M.Com, or any equivalent professional accounting degree.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in an Interior & Fit-Out / Construction company in UAE (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of VAT, Corporate Tax, and UAE accounting standards.
- Expertise in Quick Books / Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite (mandatory).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), documentation handling, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
