What You'll Be Doing

You'll serve as the financial backbone of the office, handling the day-to-day accounting operations that keep the business running. That includes managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, handling invoicing and collections, and reconciling bank and credit card accounts. You'll also support financial reporting, budgeting, and year-end coordination with the outside CPA. This is a hands-on role where your work is visible and your contributions matter.

What We're Looking For

• 5 or more years of full charge bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own priorities
• Experience with accounting software required — must be open to learning and working within the firm's existing systems. Familiarity with Sage is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Small to mid-size business accounting background preferred
• Notary Public certification is a bonus, or willingness to obtain one
