Job Title: Accounts / Finance Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts / Finance Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
• Assist auditors during audits and ensure required documentation is available.
• Handle payroll calculations and related reporting.
• Ensure timely submission of VAT and other statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
