Job Description
Accounts & Finance
- Perform day-to-day data entry and accounting entries in Tally.
- Prepare and issue invoices; ensure accuracy in all billing documentation.
- Coordinate dispatch activities and maintain proper dispatch records.
- Maintain Purchase Order (P.O.) records and share updates with Head Office in Mumbai.
- Prepare monthly stock statements.
- Generate and submit reports as requested by management on a monthly basis.
- Conduct weekly synchronization of Tally data with Head Office.
- Update ISO-related accounting and audit data sheets.
- Maintain employee loan records and update monthly repayment statements.
- Manage petty cash, record transactions, and reconcile balances weekly.
- Verify and enter bills for electricity, effluent treatment, local dispatches, etc.
- Digitize and share essential documents (raw material invoices, sales invoices, etc.) with Head Office.
HR & Payroll
- Help HR Head handle all joining, transfer, and exit formalities and documentation.
- Learn how to use our internal Biometric Software
- Maintain and update employee master data, attendance records, and personal files.
- Manage daily attendance, late coming, overtime, and absenteeism reports.
- Ensure that all leave applications are properly documented and approved before processing.
- Record unplanned absences, communicate promptly with concerned HODs, and update the leave register.
- Prepare and circulate monthly attendance and absenteeism reports to management.
- Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy of attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and related statutory filings.
- Coordinate with external HR/PF consultants for timely submissions.
- Prepare and distribute salary slips and maintain digital payroll records.
Administration & Compliance
- Ensure smooth execution of services under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Manage staff-related logistics such as ID cards, uniforms, and housekeeping items.
- Support ISO documentation, audits, and compliance records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly production and maintenance reports.
- Maintain and verify raw material stock records and coordinate with stores.
- Monitor CCTV systems and promptly report any operational or security deviations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly plant performance and compliance reports for review.
- Maintain leave and attendance dashboards on the notice board and digital records for audit.
- Ensure timely reporting of manpower presence to Head Office on a daily/weekly basis.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
