Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive candidate to join our team. This opening position will take responsibility on multiple roles

of This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of human capital management systems and employment laws. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring efficient HR operations aligned with strategic organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage talent acquisition processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday.
  • Administer employee orientation programs and conduct employee evaluations to support performance management initiatives.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and compliance with applicable laws such as FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation regulations.
  • Maintain HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, or ADP to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Support change management initiatives and assist with organizational design projects to optimize workforce structure.
  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism while managing conflict resolution processes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law requirements and assist in affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts.
  • Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics to inform strategic planning.
  • Support HR sourcing strategies through social media management and other recruitment channels.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with familiarity in HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, or Paychex.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
  • Experience with talent acquisition tools like ATS (iCIMS, Taleo) or Workday is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Prior administrative experience supporting HR functions such as payroll processing (Paylocity), benefits administration (Kronos), or performance management systems is advantageous. Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
