Job Title: Office Staff

Job Summary

The Office Staff will support daily administrative and office operations to ensure smooth workflow. This role involves clerical tasks, coordination, documentation, and assisting different departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle routine administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Manage filing, documentation, and record-keeping (physical & digital).
  • Attend phone calls, respond to emails, and assist visitors.
  • Support data entry and maintain office databases.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and office correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for daily operational needs.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory; coordinate purchases when needed.
  • Handle courier, mail, and deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas.
  • Provide support to HR/Accounts/Admin teams whenever required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor's degree (as per company requirement).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Previous experience in office administration or clerical work.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or documentation (if required).
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Work Environment

  • Full-time | On-site (or as applicable)
  • Reporting to: Office Administrator / HR / Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
