Desert Pro Fitness is seeking an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Accountant/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the face of our fitness club, you will be responsible for bookkeeping, prepares invoices and payments, manages phone calls and visitors, maintains records and office supplies, and supports daily administrative and financial tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial records and bookkeeping
Prepare invoices and process payments
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Greet and assist visitors professionally
Maintain organized files and office supplies
Support daily administrative and accounting tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in accounting and administrative work
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Compensation:
Basic Salary: QAR 2,500
Commission: Based on achievement of monthly sales targets

Working Hours
9 hours per day (including a 1-hour break)
