Job Overview: Adam Sugar Mills Ltd is seeking a skilled Accountant & Store Accountant to oversee financial transactions, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities for Accountant
- Maintain daily accounting entries and ledgers
- Prepare trial balance on monthly and annual basis
- Maintain bank and cash position on daily basis
- Provide accurate financial reports to management
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Preparation Bank payments & receipt Vouchers.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation
Key Responsibilities for Store Accountant
- Maintain daily store accounts and accounting entries
- Manage stock/inventory records and store reconciliation
- Prepare trial balance for store accounts
- Record purchases, and store expenses
- Monitor supplier payments and accounts receivables/payable
- Prepare stock reports for management
- Ensure accuracy of store financial and inventory data
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/B.com
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel & Accounting Software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
