Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Summary:

The Secretary cum Accounts will handle front-office duties, basic accounting tasks, and administrative support within a busy skin & laser medical centre. UAE experience and accounting/banking background are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception duties, greet patients, and schedule appointments.
  • Handle patient invoicing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Maintain accounting records, bank deposits, and expense tracking.
  • Process insurance documents (if applicable) and coordinate with finance.
  • Prepare reports, maintain files, and support clinic administrative operations.
  • Handle calls, emails, and communication with patients and suppliers.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth daily clinic operations.

Requirements:

  • UAE experience in a healthcare or aesthetic environment (mandatory).
  • Strong background in accounting and banking procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and clinic management systems.
  • Presentable, organised, and able to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
