Accounting Administrative Assistant

Our background in low-temp manufacturing and refrigeration service spans industries from supermarket refrigeration to biomedical and food processing plants, to cryotherapy. Our California R&D lab allows us to test new ideas and continually develop new products. We build our products ground up at our manufacturing facility in Sacramento, CA USA. At CryoBuilt, we are revolutionizing the world of cryotherapy, providing top-notch products and exceptional customer service to individuals from elite athletes to everyday people. We are seeking a talented Accounting Assistant with a strong administrative background to join our dynamic team.

CryoBuilt is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support a variety of business functions across the organization. This role provides accounting assistance, operational, customer service, and administrative support to multiple departments and is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and is willing to take on new responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Support accounting functions, including data entry, invoice processing, and record maintenance
  • Assist with customer communications and client outreach activities
  • Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and support front office operations
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical records
  • Assist with purchasing, vendor coordination, and order tracking
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents as needed
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous accounting, office support, customer service, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn

Salary: From $18.50+ per hour

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift Monday to Friday
