Job Overview:
PCE Americas is the only U.S. branch of an international company specializing in industrial equipment and measurement technology. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting/Administrative Assistant to support our daily business operations. This position is in-person at our Jupiter, Florida office and is not a remote role. The role involves accounting data entry, managing financial records, supporting distributor outreach, maintaining product listings, and assisting with operational tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and distributor communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter invoices, expenses, and financial data into accounting ERP systems
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and financial records
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Identify and recruit new distributors through phone and email outreach
  • Maintain and grow existing distributor relationships
  • Track outreach and performance metrics using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Manage and update product listings on platforms such as Thomasnet, GlobalSpec, Labcompare, Amazon, Walmart, and distributor portals
  • Update and maintain inventory records in internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Assist with maintaining product content and company materials as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience 3+ yrs of experience with accounting data entry, bookkeeping, or administrative support required
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with databases and ERP systems
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy; transcription experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable with phone and email outreach
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
