Accounting Administrator (Part Time)

India

Preparing daily pricing reports and sending to customers on timely basis.

Sending application documents.

Preparing contracts for New Customers.

Checking transactions report daily for incorrect pricing entries on vendor portal.

Preparing Invoices for customers on timely basis.

Adding Invoices in accounting system.

Deal with vendors for any change requests.

Assign Fuel cards to customers in online portal.

Deal with customers for payment reminders via email.

Job duties as assigned

Part time (4-5 hours)- Tuesday to Sunday

May be required to work Indian and Canadian Holidays

Full-time role Possibility after probabtion period.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
