ROLE SUMMARY
The Accounting Analyst will provide accounting support for a particular line of business. Is responsible for providing accounting support to a line of business. Handle specific clients processing all accounting functions including (A/P, A/R, collections, etc.) as well as running data reports in the financial system.
ROLE DESCRIPTION

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable (full cycle).

Develop and manage financial and operational reports to support the organization’s financial reporting needs and to ensure that information is reported in a format that is consistent with the department standards, is accurate and meets the needs of the users.

Organize, prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsible for applying deposits and monitoring/managing the accounts receivable associated with their respective clients.

ROLE COMPETENCIES

Minimum Education Requirement: Associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent work experience. BS in Accounting preferred.

A minimum of three to five years of job-related experience is preferred.

Experience with accounting systems, databases, and reporting tools (NetSuite and SQL server database knowledge/experience is preferred.)

Experience in effectively working in a cross-functional environment, interacting with multiple departments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large spreadsheets using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP’s
