All Roads (formerly Boulder Shelter for the Homeless) has been a fixture in Boulder County since 1982, providing a bed, meals, services, and dignity to those experiencing homelessness in our community. Our mission is to create avenues to stable housing for our community’s homeless adults, from a foundation of safe shelter and supportive services. Position Summary:

The Accounting and Data Reporting Associate provides accounting, contracting, program and Human Resource support to All Roads Program leadership. This role is integral to ensuring a solid infrastructure for compliance and reporting and for informing organizational decision-making.

Outline of Key Duties:

  • Support day-to-day accounting operations through accurate data entry (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Prepare grant-related cost reimbursement invoices and supporting documentation in compliance with funding requirements
  • Assist with budgeting processes by preparing budget import templates and supporting forecast updates
  • Maintain employee data and electronic personnel files, process onboarding for new hires.
  • Support compliance efforts, including records management and adherence to financial and record retention policies.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Working knowledge of accounting principles, including accrual accounting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business (completed or in progress) preferred
  • A self-starter who can meet deadlines and easily adapt to changing needs is required for success.
  • Must be comfortable handling and retaining confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (namely Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.

Physical Demands: This position is in an office setting routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. It is primarily sedentary physical work requiring the ability to lift a maximum of 20 pounds.

Compensation: $24 - $26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
