Accounting and Finance Trainer

As a Part-Time Accounting & Finance Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and up-to-date training to students pursuing careers in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and/or online training sessions in:
• Fundamentals of Accounting & Bookkeeping
• VAT (Value-Added Tax) concepts and compliance
• Accounting software: Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, Sage
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and exercises using real-life accounting scenarios.
• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, quizzes, and case studies.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Customize training to suit various learner levels (beginner to intermediate).
• Stay current with accounting standards, VAT laws, and software updates.
• Prepare students for practical accounting roles or certification exams (if applicable).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional accounting certification is a plus (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA).
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proven expertise in using and teaching:
• Zoho Books
• Tally ERP
• QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)
• Sage Accounting
• Good knowledge of VAT regulations and compliance (preferably in [insert country/region]).
• Prior training, teaching, or mentoring experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with both in-person and online training delivery.

Work Schedule:
