Your Responsibilities

At Exclusive Networks we're seeking a team member as a Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis Manager , located in Istanbul.

This role will report directly to CFO.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting fp&a departments;
• Following month-end, quarter-end, and annual general ledger close processes including preparation and review of journal entries, supporting documentation, and account reconciliations;
• Review and manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closure, reporting and analysis processes in coordination with FP&A and Conso Teams' of the group to meet the deadlines and achieve completion of the tasks accurately and on time;
• Monitoring and ensuring that all the processes comply with the company and group procedures;
• Ensure that all financial statements of the company (balance sheet, profit-loss, net working capital, etc.) and tax statements are in compliance with legal obligations by timely;
• Collaborate with auditing (external & internal) services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

The Ideal Accounting And FP&A Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy or relevant departments,
• Minimum 10 years of work experience, 3 years in a similar position, preferably in multinationals,
• Audit experience (Big4 experience is an asset),
• Knowledge of IFRS,
• Having CPA,
• Strong understanding of and experience ERP system implementation (SAP S4 Hanna is an asset),
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills including expertise in MS Excel,
• Ability to meet the required deadlines,
• Team player with excellent problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written) in Turkish and English,
• Dominate Tax legislation and accounting standards,
• Excellent organization, administrative (accuracy) and follow-up skills,
