Job Summary
Millwork on 31st is a growing commercial millwork company serving multifamily and commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast. We are seeking an experienced Accounting & HR Specialist to independently manage payroll, HR administration, and accounts payable.
This is a key role reporting directly to the VP of Finance.
What You’ll Own
- Weekly payroll processing using Paychex
- Employee onboarding, records, and benefits administration
- HR compliance and workers’ compensation reporting
- Full-cycle accounts payable
- Vendor reconciliations and organized financial recordkeeping
- Support for month-end accounting processes
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of payroll, accounting, or HR administration experience
- Proven ability to process payroll independently (Paychex preferred)
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills (QuickBooks preferred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Construction experience is a plus
Compensation
- $50,000 – $60,000 salary (based on experience)

Pay: $49,372.98 - $60,000.00 per year
