Job Summary
Millwork on 31st is a growing commercial millwork company serving multifamily and commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast. We are seeking an experienced Accounting & HR Specialist to independently manage payroll, HR administration, and accounts payable.

This is a key role reporting directly to the VP of Finance.

What You’ll Own

  • Weekly payroll processing using Paychex
  • Employee onboarding, records, and benefits administration
  • HR compliance and workers’ compensation reporting
  • Full-cycle accounts payable
  • Vendor reconciliations and organized financial recordkeeping
  • Support for month-end accounting processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of payroll, accounting, or HR administration experience
  • Proven ability to process payroll independently (Paychex preferred)
  • Strong Excel and accounting software skills (QuickBooks preferred)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Construction experience is a plus

Compensation

  • $50,000 – $60,000 salary (based on experience)

Pay: $49,372.98 - $60,000.00 per year
