As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant with automotive industry experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities

· Reconcile bank statements on a monthly and quarterly basis

· Assist with accounts payable and receivable

· Prepare financial reports and support the monthly closing process

· Maintain and update accounting records and files

· Assist with general accounting duties and help solve problems as they arise

· Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline processes and tackle ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

· Experience working in the automotive industry is strongly preferred (familiarity with dealership financials and processes is ideal)

· Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role (preferably 1+ years)

· Strong understanding of bank statement reconciliation

· Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel

· Energetic, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to work independently and collaborate well with a team

· A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus but not required
