Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will support our financial operations by managing data entry, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Your contributions will help ensure smooth financial processes and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports using accounting software
- Maintain accurate financial records through meticulous data entry and filing
- Assist with bank reconciliations and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support office management activities, including organizing files and managing office supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong typing speed, data entry accuracy, proofreading skills, and computer literacy
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
