Accounting Assistant

Overview

-This is an in office job opportunity in Centerville, OH. This is not a remote position.

-This is a junior level role. We are looking for someone with 2 or more years of accounting or finance experience.

-This position is full time Monday-Friday.

-Benefits will be offered including: health, dental, vision & life insurance, PTO and 401k plan (no matching at this time).

-Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Job Duties (include but are not limited to:)

• Basic bookkeeping in Quickbooks
• Data entry
• Scanning and filing mail and keeping records organized
• Assisting president of the company with different tasks
