Position Description: Accounting Assistant (Contract)

Job Location: Kirkland, WA; On-site

Supervisor: Controller

Job type: Hourly

Pay: $30-$35 an hour

Duration: April to August 2026

Cardiac Dimensions is a leader in the development of a minimally invasive treatment to address heart failure and related cardiovascular conditions. Our goal is to bring a better treatment option to the millions of people who suffer from heart failure with FMR.

We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Assistant for the period from April to August 2026.

Position Responsibilities:

· Accounts payable

· Check runs

· Entering accounts receivable and sales invoices

· Routine journal entries

· Support new ERP system implementation

· And other tasks to support the finance team.

Skills:

· Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

· Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial records and transactions.

· Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

· Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with vendors, colleagues, and management.

· Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in accounts.

· Time Management: Efficiently managing time, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or issues.

· Software Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems

Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance..

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
