Accounting Assistant with telemarketing Experience

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records, invoices, and ledgers.
  • Process accounts receivable/payable and reconcile statements.
  • Prepare and verify daily reports and transactions.
  • Assist in payroll processing and expense management.
  • Generate and manage invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
  • Support in tax and audit-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting and telecalling (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for telecalling.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience in handling collections and payment follow-ups is an advantage.
