Accounting Assistant/Customer Service

FLOATER between Culpeper and F/burg locations - We are looking for a team member to add to our local, family-owned company who has great communication skills, is detail-oriented and can multi-task. Knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful, but not required. This position will float between our Fredericksburg and Culpeper locations.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) greeting customers, answering telephones, inside sales to Contractors and Homeowners, preparing invoices, receive cash and credit card payments and providing administrative support. Hours M-F 7-4 with some Saturdays during the spring/summer season. Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Please send resume' through this site or call our office at 540-825-8810.
