Accounting Assistant/Office Admin/General Office Clerk

Job Description: Responsible for performing various tasks that could include:

· Receive and direct all incoming calls on a multi-extension telephone.
· Maintain AP/AR filing and making folders when necessary.
· Must be alert at all times; pay close attention to details.
· Must be able to work under stress on a regular or continuous basis.
· Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Skills:

· High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
· Prior experience in clerical/administrative a plus but not necessary (1-2 years)
· QuickBooks experience a plus but not necessary (1-2 years)

Working Conditions:

· Inside/Outside Conditions, Varied Temperature Changes, Minimal Chemical Hazards, Vibration, Dust, Vehicle Noise
· Lifting up to 50 pounds, squatting, bending, climbing ladders/stairs, reaching above/below shoulders, walking, twisting, sitting, standing, carrying up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

· Must have reliable transportation
· Must be punctual and professional
· Must have strong attention to detail
· Must have strong organizational skills
· Must have the ability to multitask and work with little supervision and work well with others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
