Description:
- Provide comprehensive support across business operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams including procurement, accounting, and legal.
- Create and manage quotations for new and renewal contract.
- Draft contracts and PUMIs in alignment with legal and corporate compliance standards.
- Prepare PUMIs for server and disk upgrades, decommissions, and intra company contracts.
- Serve as the primary point of contract for client communications and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Prepare and deliver both regular and ad hoc reports tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including initiation, execution, and tracking and renewal.
- Monitor and update the quotes and billing information related to SCP resources usage via the Cloud Platform.
- Register and maintain customer-side contract and quote information on internal platforms such as RMS and BQMS.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required to support overall business objectives.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in related field/s desired.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
