Accounting & Billing Specialist

Communication Square Gold Partner of Microsoft extends Procurement Integrated Services to Government agencies, Looking to Hire Accounting and Billing Specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a Premier Microsoft Partner. You will be working with Small & Medium Enterprises based in USA. You would get opportunities to work directly with Microsoft Partner Investment Team.

Qualification:

• ACCA finalist/qualified or CA Finalist with minimum 1 years of experience in Financial background.
• Strong IQ and quick learner
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
• Active listening skills
• Ability to learn, reason and adapt quickly
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail and ability to multitask

Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing monthly payroll and company payroll related data.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, especially related to maximizing third party payroll systems.
• Reconcile and enter accounts payable vendor invoices.
• Reconcile, balance, and analyze general ledger accounts for reliability.
• Assist in the monthly general ledger closings.
• Answer questions and/or obtain additional information from internal and external customers regarding payroll and accounts payable.

Skills

• Complete fluency in English.
• Public Speaking or any Public Interaction experience is a plus
• Team Player.
