Accounting Bookkeeper

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team on-site at our Gilbert, AZ office. The Bookkeeper will oversee daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare financial reports. Responsibilities include managing bookkeeping tasks, reconciling accounts, generating financial statements, and maintaining accounting software and systems. This role will require close attention to detail, collaboration with the finance team, and adherence to best practices for financial accuracy and compliance.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Journal Entries (Accounting), and managing day-to-day financial records
  • In-depth knowledge of Financial Statements preparation and analysis
  • Experience with Accounting Software and related financial tools
  • Strong background in Finance, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams
  • Degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles (preferred)
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and meet deadlines effectively
