Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Executive to join our growing team for the US Accounting Process.
This is a great opportunity for experienced accountants who want to upgrade their skills from Indian accounting to international standards and work directly with US-based clients.

If you have handled Indian accounting, bookkeeping, or auditing work and now want to explore US-based accounting tools like QuickBooks Online or Xero, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting tasks for US-based clients.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain general ledgers, trial balances, and financial reports.
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
• Work on QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, or other cloud-based accounting tools.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile and analyze account balances to identify discrepancies or errors.
• Communicate directly with international clients through email or virtual meetings.
• Coordinate with senior accountants and team leads for client requirements.
• Ensure all tasks are completed as per US GAAP standards and client deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance (Indian or US Accounting).
• Strong working knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Excel.
• Good understanding of debits, credits, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong analytical thinking.

Work Details

• Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Evening Shift – aligns with US clients)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office only)
• Locations: Mohali or Rajpura Office
