As an Accounting & Business Operations Executive, you’ll work directly with the founders and play a key role in handling day-to-day operations, financial coordination, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting tasks (invoices, expense tracking, bank entries, reconciliations)
- Coordinate with our CA and finance partners
- Handle SEZ compliance, vendor payments, and documentation
- Support operational processes across multiple group companies and investments
- Assist in internal audits, reporting, and financial documentation
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
Key Skills Required:
- Fresher 1–2 years of experience in accounting or operations
- Strong foundation in Tally/Zoho Books or other accounting tools
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and SEZ compliance is a plus
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent communication, follow-ups, and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset — someone who takes initiative and solves problems independently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in a similar role
