The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Accounting Manager to take the lead in managing the accounting needs of a diverse client portfolio. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on providing strategic financial insights and managing complex accounting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, including businesses with advanced accounting needs.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and cash flow analyses.
• Provide strategic financial advice and planning to help clients achieve business goals.
• Perform monthly and quarterly accounting activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Collaborate with the tax advisory team to integrate accounting and tax planning services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation is a plus but not required.
• Public accounting experience is a requirement.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with small to medium-sized businesses.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Experience in client-facing roles with a consultative approach is a plus.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a requirement.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
