Responsibilities
- Accurately process and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices in a timely manner.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and statements.
- Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets with accuracy.
- Support the payroll process by verifying timekeeping information.
- Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to the finance team as required.

Qualifications
- Proven experience working as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar financial role.
- A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
