THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR ACCOUNTING CLERK

THE SCHEDULE:

This full-time hybrid remote/in-office position runs Monday–Friday, either 8:00 am–5:00 pm or 8:00 am–4:30 pm.

YOUR ROLE:

As our Accounting Clerk, you'll handle key financial tasks each day, including reviewing and coding invoices, processing payments, managing vendor communication, assigning approval workflows, maintaining vendor records, reconciling accounts, reviewing credit card statements, resolving discrepancies, and generating financial reports. You will also support cross‑department collaboration, assist with SOP development, coordinate vendor onboarding, and help ensure the smooth operation of our AP processes.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• QuickBooks Online experience

Experience with cash flow forecasting, running payroll, and general ledger building is preferred.
