Accounting Clerk

We sell the best brands (Sub Zero, Wolf, Poggenpohl, Bentwood, Omega and more) We have the finest design staff in our markets and believe in investing in our people and in our brand. You will perform clerical and administrative functions to help drive company success. in our headquarters in Longwood.There is plenty of opportunity for professional growth and a positive person with exceptional communication and problem solving skills is a must.

Responsibilities:

· Accounts Payable

· Accounts Receivable

· Sales Tax Calculations

· QB & Job Costing data entry

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping

· Fundamental knowledge of Accounting

· Experience with current computer accounting programs ie: Quickbooks, Outlook and Excel

· Detail and deadline oriented

· Reliable, punctual and upbeat attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
