Accounting Clerk
Robinson Gray is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, processes, and collaboration in a professional, team-focused environment.
The Ideal Candidate Possesses the Following
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage routine, deadline-driven tasks
- Comfort working with repetitive processes while maintaining accuracy
- Administrative or clerical experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Essential Job Duties
- Fulfill check requests in accordance with firm procedures
- Process and pay invoices in a timely manner
- Identify, research, and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Communicate with internal team members and vendors regarding invoice or payment questions
- Maintain accurate records related to invoices and payments
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounting team as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
