JOB SUMMARY:

Performs a variety of tasks to support the Controller. Represents, exemplifies and supports the management and mission of all Woods companies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assists with payroll, purchasing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Entering data into QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
• Reconciling vendor month end statements
• Prepares financial reports weekly:
• Regular and punctual attendance.
