Description
Summary:
This position is responsible for processing a variety of accounting transactions such as payments, and expenses for Orizon in accordance with the department procedures. Maintains accounting files, checks and verifies data in various databases.
Responsibilities

Enter and balance accounts receivable and/or payables on a daily basis

Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records.

Generates summary sheets to be used by supervisor and/or auditors

Proofs accounting reports for clerical accuracy

Provide accounting and clerical assistance

Allocates expenditures to correct accounts according to departmental procedures

Ensures compliance with company policies and the law.

Maintains safe and clean work environment; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
