Position Title: Accounting Clerk / Office Admin
Position Type: Part Time
Reports To: Controller
The Accounts Payable Clerk / Office Administrator is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting and administrative operations. This role focuses on accurate and timely processing of accounts payable while also providing general office administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling accounting tasks with office coordination responsibilities.
This position is based in the Onboard Dynamics’ Bend, Oregon office and is subject to a background and drug and alcohol check.
