Accounting Clerk (Part-Time)

Overview
Caddis Capital Management is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk who has a strong work ethic, and functions well with little supervision. Caddis Capital Management is the management company for Alpine Home Medical, Copper Star Home Medical Supplies, and You Can Home Medical. We are based in Draper Utah and provide support to over 230 employees in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, and Utah.

The Accounting Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the accounting team by assisting with daily financial operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone beginning a career in accounting and offers hands-on experience with basic accounting processes and systems.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Assist with data entry for accounts payable
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and receipts with accuracy
  • Prepare and print checks in accordance with company approval procedures
  • Help maintain organized financial records and electronic files
  • Support payroll preparation and timecard review as needed
  • Respond to basic accounting inquiries and route issues as appropriate
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and copying
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’ll Need from You:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
  • Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadline

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Ability to Commute:

  • Draper, UT 84020 (Required)
