Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will support daily office operations, manage financial records, and provide exceptional customer service. Duties
- Manage accounts payable and receivable using Deltek ComputerEase ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
- Handle front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members
- Support office management tasks including flight and lodging logistics, organization of documents, and general administrative duties
- Provide clerical support such as typing proposals, managing email communications via Microsoft Teams, and maintaining office files
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a strong emphasis on organization and multitasking
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Outlook,Word, Excel), Microsoft Teams, and basic computer literacy
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, proofreading, and filing tasks
- Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is a plus
