** Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
** Week Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed off)
** Shift Time: 12.00 PM - 9.00 PM (Need to be flexible with other shifts as well. Drop service is available for shifts ending after 11 PM. )

Overview :
We are seeking a 6 month - 1 year experienced, detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparation and presentation of financial statements in accordance with financial reporting framework. This is a position that will help our overseas clients to manage their financial statements and auditing process in various projects.   • Expected Responsibilities:-
  • Verify, classify and post day-to-day transactions for clients.
  • Must have knowledge in QuickBooks online.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial statements.
  • Perform periodic bank, credit card, account receivables/accounts payable, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensure all accounting entries comply with financial reporting framework, including accruals, deferrals, and revenue recognition.
  • Investigate variances and resolve discrepancies proactively.
  • Experience in email-communication with clients.
  • Assisting the team/clients during the audit procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Required Skills And Qualifications:-
  • Relevant knowledge in bookkeeping, accounting and audit support.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Must have Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Spreadsheets and mathematical calculations.
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys learning new skills and self-learner
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Nice To Have:-
  • Knowledge of Property Management Accounting Software.
  • Comfortable communicating with Western clients.
  • Comfortable in coordinating with CPAs and property managers.
  • Some knowledge in the US Tax Incentive Program.
