Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our client's real estate operations in Ajman on a contract basis. The role will focus on managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting compliance with local regulations.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Employment Type: Contract (8–9 months)

Key Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger postings.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and support period-end closing activities.
- Handle invoicing, receipts, and follow up on outstanding payments with clients and vendors.
- Assist with VAT documentation and return filings in line with UAE tax regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial information.
- Maintain organized documentation and proper filing of all financial records.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in an accounting/auditing/consulting firm preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT regulations.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.).
- Must hold a valid UAE visa (own visa).
- Immediate availability must.
