About Rising Tide Dental Partners

Rising Tide Dental Partners is a rapidly growing Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) supporting 27 practices across 10 states. Formed through the strategic affiliation of high-performing dental offices in 2025, our mission is to empower clinicians through operational excellence, centralized support, and growth-focused leadership.

As we continue to expand, we are investing in the people, processes, and infrastructure needed to build a best-in-class organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing platform at a pivotal stage and help shape its future.

The Opportunity

As Rising Tide Dental Partners continues to scale, we are seeking a Controller who will serve as the organization's dedicated accounting leader and strategic partner to the CFO.
