Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Coordinator to join our team in Al Rayyan. This role is critical in supporting day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners on financial matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist in audits and provide necessary financial data and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
