Accounting / CSR

Seeking a full-time employee with prior experience in both Accounting and Customer Service. Daily requirements for this position include: receiving and entering orders through email and phone while providing exceptional customer care, along with performing day-to-day accounting requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in both areas.

Requirements:

• Accounting and relevant work experience
• Experience with QuickBooks is a must!
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Professional Phone Manner
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong customer relation skills
• Ability to interact with coworkers in a team atmosphere
• Must have driver's license and own vehicle
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

• Accurately perform data entry tasks and manage client accounts using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Utilize strong communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
