The ideal candidate for the Accounting Executive that we’re looking for should have gained Preliminary Accounting Expetise in Packaging/Food Industries and should be a perfect match having a high motivation to work in an entrepreneural, own the business, solution oriented, supportive and collaborative work environment. The right professional should have analytical, commercial, trouble shooting and result oriented mind-set.

The role requires expertise in A to Z accounting operations wth a very close scope in the Preliminary Accounting field that would be a major criteria for our client who operaties in importing and exporting materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Experienced in preliminary accounting for around 10 years
2. Proficient in accounting software (Login preferred)
3. Responsible for daily accounting tasks,
4. Responsible for tracking and archiving incoming and outgoing documents,
5. Responsible for preparing price quotes, creating order records, and tracking product deliveries
6. Responsible for issuing sales invoices
7. Responsible for tracking current account debts and receivables
8. Proficient in e-invoicing, e-archiving, and e-delivery note systems,
9. Responsible for closely following up and finalizing customer collections
10. Responsible for preparing reports on all activities in accounting

Requirements:

1. Successful in interpersonal relations and attentive to appearance
2. High sense of responsibility and perception
3. Open for teamwork and collaboration wth a supportive team member manner,
4. Experienced in the food and packaging sectors
5. Residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul
6. Holding driver's license and no travel restrictions
