Job Description

We are hiring an Accounting & Finance Trainee who will assist in daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and analysis. This role includes structured training, practical exposure, and long-term growth based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records
• Enter transactions into accounting software
• Assist in bookkeeping and documentation
• Support budgeting and financial reporting
• Prepare spreadsheets, statements, and summaries
• Assist in bank reconciliations and payment processing
• Organize invoices, receipts, and vendor records
• Support internal financial analysis and audits
• Coordinate with departments for financial data

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a relevant Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field)
• 1 year hands-on experience (internship or job)
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Good English communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of accounting software (preferred)
